Returns & Exchanges
Closet of Ren will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order, and shipped back within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time. Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for the return to initiate your return and to receive specific instructions on shipping your products back.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including the list above, and any custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch at email@example.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you have any questions or special circumstances, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see if something can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
