US PRODUCTS - OVERVIEW

At Closet of Ren, I do my best to offer a large selection of products in every price range. To make this possible, some of my products are already stored in the United States, and some are sourced from overseas warehouses. Quality is my top priority with all of the products I offer (please see the "QUALITY & TRANSPARENCY" section below), so while there is no quality difference between my US and overseas products, the overseas products tend to offer a wider selection and price range, while processing and shipping tends to be much faster for our US products. US PRODUCTS - PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMELINE

For products shipped within the United States, our standard processing time typically falls within a range of 3-5 business days. Following this, the estimated shipping time is also generally 2-7 business days. So, when ordering products shipped within the US, you can typically expect your items to arrive within a total timeframe of 4-10 business days from the moment you place your order to when it arrives. I will also update you if there are any delays, and you are more than welcome to reach out via phone or email if you have any questions!

US PRODUCTS - QUALITY & TRANSPARENCY

Transparency is one of the core values at Closet of Ren, so I am constantly testing every brand and supplier I use in my store (seriously- you can see an ongoing list of the exact products I personally own here). I take the quality of the products we offer very seriously, so if a supplier does not meet my personal standards, their products are removed from my store. Feedback from my customers is even more important, so please leave a review if you love what you get, and reach out to me at orders@closetofren if there are any issues so I can make it right (and remove the product/supplier from my store if needed).
